After 2 more service calls I gave up. Since my system originall came with Vista I had roll it all the way back, and reinstall the Windows 7 upgrade again. It's working with the old Netgear driver. So far I haven't found a Netgear driver that will work with both Windows 7 and Windows I don't know what to do.
